Lespecs.com Return Policy?
At "Lespecs.com", free 30-day returns are offered on eligible items. However, items marked with 'Final Sale' can't be returned, unless faulty. If the returned item was what you ordered but didn't turn out exactly what you were hoping for, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you have received an item that was damaged, defective, or if the incorrect item was shipped to you, please contact customercare@lespecs.com. In terms of a new pair/correct item, the shipping costs to you for the replacement item will be paid by the company.
Regarding the shipping policy, orders are dispatched within 24 hours during business hours (Monday- Friday & not including public holidays). For domestic customers, your order is expected to be delivered within 1 - 2 Business Days for Australia and 3 - 5 Business Days for NZ. For international customers, your order is expected to be delivered within 10-15 Business Days for international orders. Please note delivery times may vary dependent on location, carrier, and public holidays.
